Bachelors in Social Work, Donna has been a case manager for 24 years at Multnomah County Developmental Disability Services, specializing in Prader-Willi Syndrome for 27. Mrs. Stoney has worked in the field for developmental disabilities with medically fragile children & adults, Austism, Down Syndrome, Mental Health/Bi-Polar, Dual-Diagnose, Fetal Alcohol, Challenging emotional and behavioral clients.

Cory has been advocating for people with PWS for 8 years. Mr. Eliason has been a past president of the PWSA Chapter of Oregon.

Bachelors in Social Work, Val has been working as a case manager for 20 years. Ms. Stoney, has been working in the field of developmental disabilities for 25 years, mental health for 2 and specialized in Prader-Willi Syndrome for over 27 years.

Dominique Stoney-Quitoriano
Treasurer/Director of Development
Newly appointed treasurer and board member. Dominique is pursing a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Has been involved with StoneyBrooke Residential Services since 2006 as office assistant. In 2012, Miss Stoney-Quitoriano has become an advocate through her director of development position.

Mikal Stoney-Quitoriano
Creative Director
Mikal pursue his AA in behavioral and social science at Santa Rose Junior College. He graduated in 2014 and currently looking to pursue more college course to sharpen his skills. Mr. Stoney was a house manager at SB3 from July 2016 - Sept 2017. Mikal currently builds website content, stationary, and manages all SBRS social media engagement.
